DENTAL TECHNOLOGY Williston Park, NY We are thrilled to be able to practice dentistry in an era of technological advancement. Our office has been computerized since 1987. With the advantages of technology come better diagnostic tools, better treatment techniques, and patient management options.We have always invested in technology to better treat our patients and give them the best that dentistry has to offer. We are currently one of the only dental offices in the New York metropolitan area to use the T-Scan® computerized bite analysis system. We were one of the first offices in the country to invest in the DIAGNOdent® laser cavity detection system. This tool "reads" the surface of the tooth with a laser and can detect decay even before x-rays. We have the latest technology for root canal therapy. Using both rotary endodontic systems and special electronic tools to measure inside roots we can minimize x-rays during root canals. All of our operatories are equipped with computer monitors and intra-oral cameras so that we can better diagnose problems and communicate them to our patients. We only use high quality dental materials and high quality dental laboratories that are located in the United States. We abide by very strict sterilization codes.
